Due to the growth of business, Run Ming Law Office is actively looking for two capital markets lawyers to be based in Beijing.

1. Minimum three years of experience with leading domestic law firms in the area of capital markets;
2. Being engaged in the entire process of several capital markets transactions, such as domestic listing and offshore listing, or private equity, inbound and outbound M&A and restructuring projects;
3. Being able to handle a transaction independently and in the mean time his/her teamwork spirit has been cultivated. The candidate is expected to well support or independently complete various key stages of a transaction;
4. PRC qualified;
5. Fluency in English is advantageous.
