Run Ming advises The Export-Import Bank of China on the financing of first China-assembled Airbus A320

Run Ming has acted as the primary counsel for The Export-Import Bank of China on a US$230 million term loan facilities to AerDragon Aviation Partners Limited for its purchase of six China-assembled Airbus 320 aircraft. The first of which was successfully delivered to AerDragon Aviation Partners Limited on June 22, 2009 and leased to Sichuan Airlines Co. Ltd. Sichuan Airlines became the first operator of A320 in China in 1995 when it entered into an operating lease with AIG’s International Lease Finance Corporation.

Run Ming executive partner LIU Yi led the Run Ming team in this matter. He was assisted by associates WANG Yaxun and NING Danfeng, both of whom based in Run Ming's Beijing office. Liu Yi also acted for Sichuan Airlines in the 1995 operation lease transaction.
