Run Ming Partners Presented on International Commercial Arbitration in Singapore
 

Wang Yadong, Run Ming’s executive partner, and Kathy Yang, Run Ming’s senior partner, participated in the International Commercial Arbitration Conference held by Singapore Corporate Counsel Association on July 2, 2009 in Singapore.  Wang Yadong and Yang Ing Loong, a partner of Sidney Austin Singapore office, co-presented on the topic of International Commercial Arbitration in China at the conference.  In-house counsel from multinational companies including Dell, Hitachi, Starwood, UBS, and Cal Dive attended the conference.  Following the conference, Wang Yadong, Kathy Yang and Yang Ing Loong visited the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (the “SIAC”).  They met with Prof. Ge Huangbin, Director of China Desk at SIAC and discussed issues related to international commercial arbitration in Singapore.

Wang Yadong and Kathy Yang visited Sidney Austin Singapore office, Stamford Law Corporation, Rajah & Tann LLP and Allen & Gledhill LLP during their stay in Singapore.  They extensively exchanged views with partners of these firms on their respective practices.
