- Minimum three years experience with leading domestic or international law firms (or intellectual property agencies) in the area of intellectual property;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- PRC bar is preferred;
- Overseas education in the field of intellectual property or relevant working experience with international law firms will be advantageous.
