Run Ming acted as the special PRC counsel for PGG Wrightson Limited（“PGG Wrightson”）on its agreement with Agria Corporation (“Agria”) pursuant to which Agria will invest in and form a strategic partnership with PGG Wrightson.  PGG Wrightson is the largest agricultural service provider in New Zealand and listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).  Agria, a PRC-based company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is an innovative agri-solutions provider focusing on research and development, production and distribution of agricultural products.  Under the agreement, PGG Wrightson and Agria have formed a strategic partnership and have jointly undertaken to work together to create value for both companies through the advancement of agricultural technology and the development of new markets.  As the special PRC counsel for PGG Wrightson, Run Ming conducted due diligence review and provided other legal services to our client and facilitated the consummation of the transaction.:
