On November 19, 2009, the Dongcheng District Court, Beijing (the “Court”) held a public hearing and announced the judgment of the tort case brought by Shi Xia against Johnson and Johnson (China) Co., Ltd. (“Johnson and Johnson”).  The Court heard this case on July 23, 2009.  As the defense attorneys for Johnson and Johnson, Mr. Wang Yadong and Mr. Gao Song, partners of Run Ming, attended the court hearing and received the written judgment.  The Court rejected all of the plaintiff’s claims and in the meanwhile upheld the claims made by Johnson and Johnson.  Mr. Wang Yadong told the reporters that he welcomed the judgment and accepted the media interview after the Court hearing.  This case was widely reported by the news media.
