Run Ming has represented SF Airlines Company Limited for its purchase and subsequent passenger-to-freighter convention of a Boeing 757-200 aircraft. SF Airlines, a subsidiary of SF Express Company, is China's first private express delivery cargo airline. The B757-200 aircraft, which is also the first plane purchased by SF Airlines, made its maiden flight recently. Run Ming partner Liu Yi led the Run Ming team in this matter. He was assisted by associates Wang Yaxun and Ning Danfeng. The team advised SF Airlines on the purchase letter of intent, aircraft purchase agreement, freighter convention contract and tax planning.
