Lawyer Specialized in FDI
Requirements:
1.Graduates of the law schools of prestigious Chinese universities with bachelor degree or above, and overseas education background is a plus;
2.With at least two year overseas working experience, or related working experience in foreign law firms' representative offices in China for at least two years; or working experience in legal department of foreign companies in
China for at least three years;
3.Good command of English ;

Requirements:
1.Graduates of the law schools of prestigious Chinese universities majored in intellectual property with bachelor degree essentiae;
2.With at least three year related working experience in the administrative authorities of copyright of China, or at least three year working experience of legal work with respect to copyright in foreign or Chinese law firms;
3.In-depth undecstanding of copyright legal issues, with strong practical working ability;
4.Good command of English or Chinese.
Lawyer Specialized in Venture Capital
Requirements:
1.Graduates of the law schools of prestigious Chinese universities with bachelor degree or above or with related overseas education background;
2.With at least three to four year working experience in the field of venture capital
in investment banks, prestigious, foreign or Chinese law firms or legal department of large enterprises or related governmental authorities in China;
3.Good command of English ;
4.Holder of National Lawyer's Qualification or applicant having passed the National Bar Examination will take priority in our considerations;
5.Qualified senior candidate with more extensive working experience may join
as a partner.

Requirements:
1.Graduates of the law schools of Chinese universities with bachelor degree or above, or with education background in Japan for over two years;
2.Proficient in Japanese for providing legal services;
3.Working experience in Japanese law firms or legal department of Japanese companies will have priority in our considerations.
