Professional Experience

Mr. Gao joined the Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court after graduating in 1998, and served as Court Clerk, Assistant Judge (No. 1 Civil Division). Whilst working at Court, Mr. Gao participated in the hearing of hundreds of cases, and has gained extensive experience in real estate-related matters, labour disputes and foreign-related cases, and has received annual commendations from the Court. Early in 2006, Mr. Gao left the Court and joined a Chinese law firm. In 2007, Mr. Gao joined Run Ming law Office.

Mr. Gao participated in many real estate dispute hearings, including disputes involving real estate development and operation contract, land use right, construction contract, housing relocation, property ownership, pre-sale of realty, private property and second-hand property sale and purchase, sale of public housing, realty lease or exchange, property management, property renovation and decoration, etc. Mr. Gao has a deep understanding of the business of real estate development and construction, and has made extensive research on property laws, regulations and judicial interpretations. He has gained extensive experience through judicial proceedings and legal research.

Mr. Gao has also participated in the hearing of hundreds of cases concerning labour disputes, most of which are quite complex. Mr. Gao has a wealth of experience in disputes relating to employment termination, pay, worker's compensation, social insurance, export of labour, and employment of Chinese employees by foreign companies through Chinese employment agencies.
Mr. Gao has continued to undertake research on labour legislation.

Mr. Gao has also participated in the hearing of other civil cases, such as property damage, work related injuries and product liability. With almost ten years trial experience, Mr. Gao has a clear understanding and first hand knowledge of the judicial process and legal practice concerning civil disputes, which has laid a solid foundation for his law practice.

Education

Mr. Gao graduated from Peking University Faculty of Law in 1998 with an LL.B degree.
