Professional Experience
Ms. Chan joined the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Hong Kong Branch as a junior assistant in 1984 and worked there as a director, manager, senior manager and department principal. She joined Run Ming Law Office as an advisor in January 2008.
For 16 years Ms. Chan worked in the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Hong Kong Branch in charge of client relationship management, structuring syndicated banks and reviewing loan agreements. Clients she advised include Chinese governmental agencies, domestic financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and Chinese enterprise groups in Hong Kong with relation to aircraft financing, syndicated bank facility, financial derivatives and trade financing. With her vast experience and expertise obtained in Japanese banking practice, Ms. Chan totally understand clients¡¯ needs in the financial market.
Education
Ms. Chan graduated from the Japanese Department of Hong Kong Polytechnic College in 1983, then attended a one year advanced Japanese studies course at Waseda University. She passed both the Japanese-language Proficiency Test Band One and the Test for Japanese Interpretation in Shanghai. |
