Professional Experience
After graduation, Ms. Ji worked at Shanghai HaoXin Law Office assisting litigation lawyers and providing basic legal services to clients on corporate issues. She joined ShiDai Law Office Pudong Branch in April, 2007. As a member of the professional team led by Mr. Chen Yifan, Ms. Ji joined Run Ming Law Office on 1st January 2008.
In practice, Ms. Ji mainly engaged in legal services relating to Corporation Law, Contract law and Labour Law. She assisted the partners in providing year-round legal services for a number of large-scale enterprises and foreign invested enterprises. Ms. Ji also had the opportunity to work at an accounting firm for a short period sponsored by an exchange program between the law office and the accounting firm, where she obtained valuable financial and accounting knowledge. In 2005, Ms. Ji took part in the administrative liquidation process of Northern Securities Company Limited, which was the first of China's Securities Regulatory ComMssion’s projects relating to the comprehensive treatment of high-risk securities dealers in Shanghai (the second one in China). During the process, she participated mainly in enquiry and stripping of securities assets, making arrangements for the employees in the disposed companies, asset protection, debt recourse, registration of creditor's rights, etc.
