Professional Experience
Ms. Zheng joined Liaoning Wang, Wu, Yang & Ma Law Office, Shanghai Branch in July, 2004, following a short-term internship at Zhonglun Law Office Shanghai Branch. She joined Run Ming Law Office Shanghai Branch in early 2008.
Ms. Zheng has a wealth of experience in the establishment of foreign investment enterprises, merger and division, transfer of equities and technology, liquidation and dissolution of foreign investment enterprises, intellectual property, tax, employment, foreign exchange and other relevant fields; her jobs included drafting legal documents relating to Chinese laws, conducting industrial and commercial investigations and legal due diligence investigations, keeping good communication and cooperation with relevant governmental authorities, drafting legal opinions, assisting clients in dealing with legal procedures and providing solutions to clients. Meanwhile, she is able to undertake Japanese translations of various contracts, articles of association, legal opinions and due diligence reports relating to foreign investment.
In addition, Ms. Zheng has also assisted the principal lawyers in providing legal counsel to several Japanese enterprises in China, to draft and review various contracts and other legal documents and to provide routine legal counseling services, covering industries such as finance, electrical goods, cable, food and drink, logistics, automotive, etc.
Education
Ms. Zheng graduated from the Japanese Department of the School of Foreign Languages and Literature, Shandong University with a bachelor degree in Japanese language and literature in 2001; then graduated from the Japanese Department of Fudan University with a master degree in Japanese language and literature in 2004. She passed the National Judicial Examination in 2007. |
