Professional Experience
Mr. Han interned in Ohmizu Law firm for one year while studying abroad in Japan. After returning from Japan in 2004, he practiced as a lawyer in the Japanese department of King& Wood Law office, where he engaged in the kind of legal counseling that Japanese enterprises would specifically need when conducting business activities in China. His clients include a variety of industry sectors, including business consultation, financing lease, automotive, iron and steel, real estate, food, transportation, electrical equipment and industrial software. In these legal areas, Mr. Han can deal effectively with M&A, establishment and modification of foreign-invested enterprises, liquidation, foreign exchange, customs, processing trade, personnel, arbitration and Private Equity investment abroad.
Mr. Han has extensive experience in foreign direct investment related legal affairs. He has participated in designing acquisition schemes, investigating due diligence and negotiating and drafting legal documents in many Japanese enterprises acquisition projects. He has also contributed to processing the establishment, modification and liquidation of Japanese companies by consulting pre-establishment, drafting relevant documents and negotiating with competent authorities.
With regards to personnel management, Mr. Han has drafted and modified various legal documents, such as regulations on foreign-invested enterprise, labour contracts, labour dispatch contracts and agreements on termination of the labour contract in the course of company liquidation. Moreover, he,participated in enterprise staff reduction plans, negotiated with staff, settled personnel disputes and handled accidents.
Furthermore, Mr. Han has reviewed, modified, drafted and translated many kinds of documents and contracts, including contracts for sino-foreign joint ventures, stock right transfer contracts, contracts transferring the possession of state-owned land use, lease contracts, technology transfer contracts, trademark licensing contracts, software license contracts, sales contracts, contracts for processing trade, agent contracts, donation contracts, equity mortgage contracts and deposit account pledge agreements. His hard work ethic and excellent Japanese language skills greatly helped satisfy Japanese clients.

Education
Mr. Han graduated from the University of International Relations with a bachelor¡¯s degree in Japanese language and literature in 1994. In 1998£¬he earned his masters degree in Japanese language and literature from the Japanese Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 2002 he went to study in Japan and gained an LL.M. and a J.D degree. in Kobe University concentrating on corporation law.
